Secrets to Better Videos for Your Business: How to Capture Better Videos for Live and Beyond!
Join us for a fun and hands-on workshop on creating videos for your business led by Diane Kutz of Modern Concept Media.
Most and more business owners are testing video as a marketing tool for their business. Every day we see people going “LIVE” on Facebook. Let’s be honest for a moment. Many of the videos you watch online are great. Others are painful to watch. The sound is hard to hear, the lightning is bad, and in worse case scenarios you spend several moments looking up someone’s nose.
If you are ready to try video for your business, this class will teach you video secrets that will help you look good on video and engage your audience. This two-hour interactive video workshop includes:
Video Basics – including the best way to hold your smartphone, how to arrange the best lighting, and easy solutions for great sound.
Video Strategies – many videos fail because they come across as random or disorganized. Diane will teach you how to quickly map your video cornerstones: Who are you? Who are you talking to? What do you need them to know and do?
Let’s Make Some Videos – Casual video recording in class to give you a chance to practice your new skills. Don’t worry, no one ever has to see your video. It’s just for practice.
Video Editing – Learn the basics of video editing right on your phone. Diane will guide you through clipping the video, what to know about filters, and adding background music.
The workshop will take place in the Datex Business Center Building, the 2nd Datex building with the big blue roof. Park around the building, and when in the lobby let the receptionist know you are there for the Video event hosted by Heather Hutto. You will be directed to the appropriate conference room. We have lot’s to do, please be on time!
